“Prior to each session, Mark develops a challenging yet attainable plan for the workout and throughout the session, he provides effective in-the-moment coaching regarding proper form and technique and personally demonstrates new exercises or those that I am not performing correctly. While doing so, hehighlights and explains the risks of improper technique which helps with my later recall when I next perform the exercise. He is always very alert when working with me and focused on what I am doing so that he is able to correct or assist when needed and to encourage me when he sees me start to struggle. At the conclusion of the session, he will ask for feedback on both the session content and his training which I have no doubt he would act upon if necessary.”
